A meeting was held for maintaining the KPI upto 90 and above especially for Tonk HO at DO Tonk on 24.01.2005. The meeting was presided over by Shri D K Tripathi SPOs Tonk and following were present in the meeting.

2. Shri Kanhiya Lal APM Tonk HO
3. Shri Girdhar Gopal Sen PA Tonk HO
4. Shri Ram Daayal PA Tonk HO
5. Shri Kailash Chand PA Tonk HO
6. Shri PA Delivery branch Tonk HO
7. Shri Sunny System Asstt. DO
The problem faced by Tonk HO was discussed in lenght and provided solution to all to concerned PAs. Resulted that the TONK HO HAS ACHIEVED THE EVER HIGH % OF KPI AS 96 AND ABOVE due to discussion with Divisional Head.
Tonk Ho will maintain the KPI score on daily basis.
